General Conditions
All prices are per person and for the indicated periods of time for our luxury pension with all included services and amenities. The children's rates are valid for children who stay in their parents' room and whose parents are paying the full rate.
Your room will be ready to occupy starting at 3:00 p.m. In the event that you arrive after 6:00 p.m., we request that you notify us by phone. Further, on the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Reservations / Advance Pre-Payment:
Your rooms are considered reserved after you have made an advance pre-payment of EURO 150.oo per person, payable by bank transfer to Raiffeisenkasse Eisacktal, Kreuzgasse 7, I-39042 Brixen/Bressanone. Swift Code: RZSBIT21707. IBAN Code: IT38 J083 0759 1200 0030 7000 006 or by concluding a Travel Cancellation Insurance policy – which you can obtain via us.
Cancellation:
Your advance partial payment is simultaneously the cancellation fee. Further, international cancellation regulations apply. If you cancel your stay at least one month prior to your scheduled arrival, you will not be charged any cancellation fees; afterwards, you will be charged 3 nights till 10 days before arrival. In the case of late arrival or premature departure, the portion of your reserved stay which you missed will be charged to you at a rate of 80%. We therefore recommend that you obtain European Travel Cancellation insurance when placing your reservations. If you do not obtain insurance, if you prematurely (less than 24 hours in advance) cancel reserved beauty or vitality treatments, you will be charged 50% of the price. You will not be remunerated for package services you do not take advantage of.
Travel Cancellation Insurance:
What should you do if something unexpected happens and you are unable to go on vacation as you had planned? With our Travel Cancellation Insurance, at least you can insure yourself against the resultant financial costs. In the event that you make reservations and are delayed in arriving, can’t come at all, or have to leave prematurely, E.U. Directives allow the hotel to charge cancellation fees. In order to protect yourself against all resultant charges, we recommend that you sign up for this Travel Cancellation Insurance. The European Traveler’s Insurance will then cover your costs.
That’s why we recommend that you obtain Travel Cancellation Insurance.

Full Board Surcharge (3-course lunch with salad bar): Euro 20.00
Household pets: Euro 15.00 (per day, without food)
(If you bring your four-legged friend along to the hotel, please ask us in advance! Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining area, in the health spa and bathing areas, and in the relaxation zone, and that they must not disturb the peace. Please understand also if it becomes necessary for us to charge you EURO 30.oo for a final cleaning of the room.)
Underground garage: Euro 5.00 per day / Euro 30,00 per week
In the case of single-occupancy of a Double Room, we will charge you a 50% surcharge on the given room category.
Reductions
If you reserve a stay with only breakfast, you will be granted a EURO 10.oo discount on your room rate.
Children's Discounts:
The following rates apply to children staying in their parents' room:
Children up until their 2nd birthday: EURO 15 per day
Children from 2 until their 6th birthday: 70 % price discount
Children from 6 until their 12th birthday: 50 % price discount
Children from 12 until their 16th birthday: 35% price discount
After their 16th birthday: 15 % price discount.
How to Get Here:
Shortest way here: Take the Klausen/Chiusa autobahn exit and continue for 3 km. Turn right and cross the bridge. Continue 50 meters and turn left at the intersection, then proceed to Feldthurns/Velturno. In the village, take the second right turn.
Train station: Klausen/Chiusa (4 km) - Brixen/Bressanone (7 km connection to international trains). If you come by train, we will be happy to pick you up at the station.
Airports: Bozen/Bolzano 40 km, Verona, Bergamo, Innsbruck.
