General conditions
All prices are per person and for the indicated periods of time for our luxury pension with all included services and amenities.
The children's rates are valid for children who stay in their parents' room and whose parents are paying the full rate.
Your room will be ready to occupy starting at 3:00 p.m. In the event that you arrive after 6:00 p.m., we request that you notify us by phone. Further, on the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 a.m.
Reservations / Advance Pre-Payment:

Your rooms are considered reserved after you have made an advance pre-payment of one third of the overnight stay, payable by bank transfer to: HOTEL TAUBERS UNTERWIRT, Bank: Raiffeisenkasse Eisacktal, Kreuzgasse 7, I-39042 Brixen/Bressanone. PROTECT YOUR HOLIDAY
Sometimes, life happens, and travel arrangements need to be modified or even cancelled. If you need to cancel your booking with Activ- & Vitalhotel Taubers Unterwirt, please inform us as soon as possible. For short-notice cancellations, our general cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
- For cancellations from 29 to 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the stay will be charged.
- From 13 days before the start of the holiday, 80% of the stay will be charged.
To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend securing your memorable holiday in Feldthurns with travel cancellation insurance.
In the event of non-use without timely cancellation of beauty or wellness treatments (at least 24 hours in advance), 50% of the price will be charged. No reductions will be made to the package price for services not used during package weeks.
Trip Cancellation Insurance:
What should you do if something unexpected happens and you are unable to go on vacation as you had planned? With our trip cancellation insurance, at least you can insure yourself against the resultant financial costs. In the event that you make reservations and are delayed in arriving, can’t come at all, or have to leave prematurely, Directives allow the hotel to charge cancellation fees. In order to protect yourself against all resultant charges, we recommend that you sign up for this trip cancellation insurance. The trip cancellation insurance will then cover your costs.
That’s why we recommend that you obtain trip cancellation insurance.
Surcharges
- Full Board Surcharge (3-course lunch with salad bar): Euro 20.00
- Household pets: Euro 29.00 (per day, without food) (If you bring your four-legged friend along to the hotel, please ask us in advance! Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining area, in the health spa and bathing areas, and in the relaxation zone, and that they must not disturb the peace. Please understand also if it becomes necessary for us to charge you EURO 30.00 for a final cleaning of the room.)
- Underground garage: Euro 10.00 per day
- In the case of single-occupancy of a Double Room, we will charge you a 50% surcharge on the given room category.
Reductions
- If you reserve a stay with only breakfast, you will be granted a € 10.00 discount on your room rate.
- MEALS NOT TAKEN: € 10.00 per person per day will be deducted for meals which are not taken (inform us 24 hours before).
- Unused services of offer packages can not be deducted or refunded.
- Spa Treatements cancellation: We kindly ask our guests to advise the staff for cancellation at least 24 hours before the appointment, after which treatments will be charged to account.
